Smiles For Dial(Trainers Guide)

Greetings! I will be your trainer for today we will go through 3 tests complete them successfully you will be promoted!

(The Greeting's Test.)

Let's now begin with the greetings test.

Whenever a customer comes up to you say your greeting.

Make sure you are kind and polite in your greeting to make them feel more welcomed.

Don't forget to add the term Smiles for Dial!

This is an example of how you greeting should look like.Hello! Welcome to Smiles for Dial! would you like me to schedule you an appointment?

After ask them what type of an appointment would they like.

After they told you the type of the appointment for them and tell them to take a seat after a dentist will come and grab them for their appointment.

Please prepare your greetings don't forget to add the term Smiles for Dial, ask what type of appointment I would like, and tell me to sit down at a chair.

(If there greeting didn't meet any of the requirements you just said please state this)

The Trolling test.

Let's begin with the Trolling Test.

Please note troller are common in the game.

So always give them 2 warnings.

If they continue with their actions, please state -Calls Hr-

After this can get a HR's attention if there are no HR's in the game get one through the group wall or comms server.

I will now PM (Private Message) you questions. Please note I can only give you 2 chances.

Lets begin with the questions.

Let's begin with the Exploiter Test.

If you encounter a troller DO NOT Give them a warning.

Instead find a SHR but since they rarely join contact one through the group wall or comms serer.

Don't forget to take roof that the person is exploiting or they will not do anything about it.

Please note you only have 1 chance for this one.

For the 2nd time you will fail the training.
